We are pleased to inform you that Technical University Sofia is planning to organize a Summer School titled “Valorization of Food By-products”, under the framework of the Adriatic-Pannonian-Black Sea Food Connect CEEPUS Network.

The summer school aims to provide students and academic staff with theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the sustainable use of food processing by-products, innovative food product development, and circular economy strategies in the agro-food sector.

Details:

Title: Summer School – Valorization of Food By-products.

Location: Campus of Technical University of Sofia in Sliven, Sliven, Bulgaria.

Dates: September 9 to 12, 2025.

Target group: Bachelor, Master, PhD students, and teaching staff from CEEPUS partner institutions.

Format: Lectures, laboratory sessions, case studies and company visits.
